CAD Import ErrorsIf a problem occurs during the import process, a detailed error message will appear. Click the Help button on the message for complete details and suggestions, or consult the error message list. If you need further assistance with an error, use the Copy button to copy the details to the Windows clipboard and include it with your support request. Common Error Messages"Value does not fall within the expected range" may occur with the original R.47.0.0 release of AutoCAD 2021. To correct the problem, make sure the AutoCAD About screen shows "Built on R.118.0.0 AutoCAD 2021.1" or later. Please note this is different than the Civil-3D version, and that installing the latest Civil-3D update may not be sufficient. In most cases the AutoCAD update must be installed separately. Details here. "Cannot find Program ID: AutoCAD.Application" will occur if you run HydroCAD in XP-compatibility mode. To disable compatibility mode, right-click the HydroCAD shortcut, select Properties, and make sure Compatibility mode is not selected. (HydroCAD-10.2 is fully compatible with all current versions of Windows, and running in compatibility mode will interfere with the intended operation of the software.)
